The Flowers Crossing Mighty Marlins Swim Team relies on parent and business sponsors to help support our team financially. Please consider sponsoring your swimmer with an ad, or contacting a business to provide a sponsorship. In return, both types of sponsors will receive printed ads in our home meet heat sheets. PARENT SPONSORS Dear Flowers Crossing Swim Team Parent, As you know the Gwinnett County Swim League begins the 2010 season soon. The Flowers Crossing Mighty Marlins swim team is preparing for another outstanding season. We expect approximately 175 swimmers and their families to participate in this community activity. Again this year, we will have swimmer ads in our home heat sheets. This is a fun way for us to encourage and support our team (and our kids!) during our home meets! To purchase your space on the heat sheet, please provide the “copy” and a $10.00 donation to me by May 22 to enable us to get your child’s name in print! The size of the ads will be dependent on how many parent “sponsors” we get by the deadline. Thank you in advance for your continued support of our team and our coaches! Please call me if you have any further questions. With our season quickly approaching, please have your camera-ready artwork and contribution to me by June 1 to be included for this current season. BUSINESS SPONSORS Dear Merchant, The Gwinnett County Swim League begins the 2010 season soon. The Flowers Crossing Mighty Marlins Swim Team is preparing for another outstanding season. We expect approximately 150 swimmers and their families to participate in this community activity that begins in mid-May and ends in July. We are currently seeking sponsors for the 2009 season. All of our local merchants are invited to participate. Businesses of all sizes will find this a rewarding and affordable opportunity. Your contribution will support the team and your business will be recognized in many ways. Your support will be advertised in each of our home meet heat sheets, announced throughout our home meets, publicized in each of the Flowers Crossing (Flowers Crossing and Flowers Crossing at the Mill) newsletters 2-3 times, and acknowledged on our team website http://www.flowerscrossingmightymarlins.com.
